Obstacles are just there to make you more determined.

I was feeling a bit daunted about my run1 of week 3. Drove to usual spot only to find blinking headphones weren't working on my MP3 player. I couldn't face going back so tried to remember what the program was and timed my runs/walks on my phone. The only bit I got wrong was that I walkled for 2 rather than 3 minutes between the 3 minute runs, which meant a longer walk back. It's strange that the first run always seems harder than the last (longer) run! Now have some sports socks and have ordered some trainers, so onwards and upwards :) :)

Well done. Overcoming the temptation to let an obstacle be an excuse not to run is consistency at its best.

Thanks!

When on the programme we all cling to the structure like a life raft. I think you just proved that you are ready to face the niggles that life throws up in order to achieve your goal :)

Well look at you go - fantastic effort - good on you 👍🏃🏻‍♀️🐵

Good on you, we are almost at the same stage doing this and I keep messing up with my technology, but Mr Smooth Michael Johnson is a constant in my runs, and he helps. He's chillaxed, so regardless of how crap/demotivated/hot/sweaty I feel - he keeps me going.

You commitment does you proud
