HAd a fab day but have eaten too much!!! gotta get out tomorrow and try my new shoes and get rid of todays turkey !!

Eaten way too much too. Unfortunately no running for me til Friday. looking forward to getting out there and getting rid of some of this extra weight I'm now carrying!

Me too. Up early but raining too hard to run. Then husband and I remembered the rather good cafe near Rufford Abbey, Notts was opening for breakfast so drove the 20odd miles for a breakfast of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, Buck's Fizz and coffee. Still raining so went for a drive and then it was time collect the family and prepare lunch (the oh-so traditional toad in the hole). I'll have to wait until Thursday to run again hopefully I'll not have gained too much weight to run!
