Week one over and I'm worried ........

Well W1R3 completed even though it's freezing outside and pitch dark along some parts of my route (mainly due to the Council not fixing broken lamps !) and strangely, not only do I not feel as knackered as I think I should, but worringly, I spent quite a bit of this afternoon wishing I could get out and run -I fear I may be headed to addiction - though that might have had quite a lot to do with the extremely boring meeting I was enduring ??

(And to put my potential addiction into context, the chap at the desk next to me got out his sponsorship form for next year's London marathon - hopefully I'll never reach that stage of dependency)

Roll on W2. Maybe that will cure me of this worrying affliction !

Welcome to the "bitten by the bug" club! It's amazing how running takes over your life! I realised I'd been bitten when I was getting ready to visit my Dad for the weekend and the first thing in the bag was my trainers! :)
