week 9 run 3 over! Now for that last one!

Well thats 2 down one to go! only a short post as loads of stuff has come up unexpectably today and have to leave for work in 5 mins!, but the early part and lovely run in the sunshine lifted my spirits! got down to a vest it was so warm! Prob my easiest run to date, still hard work but no SO bad! And did pb for 5k and also 400m(only 1 sec faster tho!)on garmin! So all good have to stop now(time up) Wish me luck for Saturday and graduation!!
