A piece in Heathy Food Guide reports a study, on the effects of jogging on living longer, suggests the people who benefit most were those who jogged at a pace rated as being 'slow' or 'average' (just enough to cause slight breathlessness) for two and a half hours a week over 2 to 3 sessions.
