Good News: Grateful and happy to finish WK8. ltwas smooth until about 20 mins in but I thought my way thru and got my second kick in when Laura tells me only 5 mins to go. I need her every day to tell me to pour it on for the last minute. She really makes me bump it up. I envision that finish line she promotes. Bad News: I completed 3.5K after the 28 mins run. Fairly distant from the 5K. I know after reading all the inspiring posts it's about time and the distance will come. I just really really want that 5K reading on my watch. On to my final week next Monday. June is MY month! Peace and love to you all.

Well done 👍 it will come. It may come with W9, but don’t push it, if it doesn’t. Don’t you think it amazing when you started at W1 R1 and 60 seconds, you thought was too much. Now you’re going to start W9 and 30 minutes nonstop. You are amazing.

You are so right. When I started I didn't think I would be able to do 5 mins. Thank you for your encouragement.

The good news is great... very well done out there. The bad news? Well, it’s not bad news... this is all about turning you into a fit and healthy runner, and beating a challenge. You’re acing that. You want to see 5k on your watch and you will... it’s just not worth pushing yourself hard to do... all will come to you in time. You may even want to see 42.2k on there one day... and if you want it, you’ll do it. You can achieve anything, and you’re proving it every time you lace up those shoes.
