I can honestly say, im not looking forward to this one.
i suppose its really the inevitable - dont know what to expect.
But ... i do know that Laura will be increasing the running bit and that, well, scares the living bejesus out of me!!
Its not helped by the fact that whilst having my morning cuppa, I decided to go on "walk jog run" website, map out my route and see how long it is.
wont be doing that again!
apparently its only 2 miles. there AND back!! must be something wrong with the site because I swear it feels like 20 miles!!
but, i shall be going out, wind rain and sleet. my new running hat with flaps awaits ....
by the way, you know that little flap bit in your running gloves that's supposed to be for a key, well, do you know you can fit a hankie and a sweetie in there? and that's just the left glove .......
keep on running everyone!!

Don't be scared Ali... be terrified! Nope, not at all! Laura will get you through it as always...along with the sweetie in your glove! It really is a bit frightening to map out our route and believe we ACTUALLY can run it! We are doing an organized 5K this weekend and it is on the streets so we were able to actually drive our route. I can not wrap my head around being able to run that far! I told Steve there is no way in heck I can do it! He reminded me I have went that distance twice before with two other runs! UNBELIEVABLE what we can do! Your new hat sounds adorable, I'm sure it will make you run better too! You're doing great and welcome to week 4!!! Gayle
Great stuff. Got all the posh gear too by the sounds of it. I'm sure you will do just fine in w4, I haven't had any problems with it and if I can do it, anybody can! Loving the sound of the sweetie. Ferrero Rochers might melt though. Might give the gloves a miss and get a hip flask instead. now that sounds like a plan! Anyway, I look forward to hearing how you aced w4r1. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
