well im still using my treadmill for the program will be going outside next week as im away for a week and dont want to take a break from the running so i will be plodding round the areas of norfolk getting out of breath , i have already decided that i shall be repeating week 4 next week as mentally i will know i can do that and as its a big change running outside i will have a mental head start , so anyway back to today , i was dreading the 5 minute runs and not really that keen on the 3 min sections but i did it and it was GREAT !! i loved it i didnt expect to feel that good doing the runs but they were fab , and now i feel EPIC lol , just imagine what i will feel like when i can do 30 mins ! so my advice is , if laura says you are ready then you are ready , 4 weeks ago i struggled with 1 minute runs , oh i also scared my hubby half to death , i had to roar my way through the last minute of the last 5 run and when i finished i think i must have whooped ( how very not me ) as he cme running in to check i hadnt fllen off the machine ! ( so sorry for rambling ) cant wait for wednesday now :)

Fantastic, well done! I'm loving picturing your husband's face as he dashed in anxiously to see at disaster had happened, only to see you triumph!!! :D

Good plan to repeat this week as you venture outside next week - have a fan holiday, and happy running! :)
