Woke to a beautiful morning, hard frost and brilliant sunshine. The perfect morning for my final run of C25K. I stuck to my usual route and again managed to get further before Laura said the magic words "15 minutes." I love turning round and running back and always get past my starting point as by then I am really in a good rhythm. It has been such a great experience and thank you to all of you who blog. Reading how people are doing and getting so much encouragement has been fantastic. I'm not yet a quick runner but as a 68 year old woman I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. To anyone starting out keep going. It will change your life. Yippee!
