Had finished week 6 when l went on a fortnights holiday and did no running at all, now back home do l start week 7 or refresh with week 6 to get me back on track? Any advice please would be welcome.

I think I'd just go for an outside-the-program run just to see how you feel running without any pressure to meet a target - then decide where in the program you need to start.
I would repeat the week because you need to build up to the longer run before doing 25 minutes every run. However, after breaks after week 6 I have gone on but given myself permission to stop at the half way mark. I never had to use the permission.
