Just back from my graduation run. At meetings with a colleague in Dublin, so had the pleasure of completing the programme with one of my team with a nice early morning run along the banks of the Liffey. No time to write more now, but will put some more thoughts down at the weekend. Thanks to all here for their tips and encouragement.
