Done with week 4, on to week 5!

So I completed week 4, I can't quite believe it's been a whole month! Yay!

Did the first run of week 5 today. Ran a bit over 4km. I don't know if that's good or bad but I'm thrilled, it's the furthest I've run yet. I wonder if I'll be able to fit in 1km more in the 5 weeks I have left until the big day.

Laura is great, you all are the best.

Thank you, I would not have been able to get this far on my own.

Brilliant, running over 4k sounds fantastic to me. You're right to be thrilled.

Good luck with the final 1k. :-)

Wonderfully done, Gizelelezig!! No worries about your distance. I think that you are doing great and that 5K will not be a problem.

Yes, Laura and the support here are both wonderful, but please remember one important thing. YOU are the one providing the commitment and doing the runs!! YOU ARE DOING IT!!

Keep Running!! :-)
