Well, I'm so pleased to tell you all that I did todays run and found it better than the runs in week 2.

If I hadn't had all the encouraging comments on here I know I would have been more worried before setting off - but thanks to all of you I went off knowing I could probably do it - AND I DID!

I'm so happy.

Good luck to everyone else - we can all do it.

wahoooooo! well done goldenoldy!!

if you found it easier than last week then perhaps youre going to be one of the lucky ones who find the less 'stop starty' runs more enjoyable. brilliant!! im not there yet but I hope to be soon.

keep on running and hope your next run goes as well. sure it will - you've come this far. you CAN do it!

Haha, I love the thought that I might find running longer distances easier. ;-)

Thanks for your encouragement.

We can all keep on running and we can all do it.

Thanks - what a lovely community this is. Pain? What pain? All right I have to admit to some pain but again I'm lucky that it isn't too much and it definitely eases hearing everyone else is going through the same.

Your support means so much. :-)
