Hi fat, i did W1R1 yesterday and feel just fine. I am doing R2 tomorrow. This is second time around however, i started the plan 15 months ago with limited success. I was in Wales at the weekend, not realising the Snowdonia Marathon was on and i suddenly felt the need to get my Mizuno's on and get some exercise. I did a couple of half marathons but really want to do a marathon. Believe me 13.1 miles is a bloomin long way so a marathon takes some serious preparation! Good luck and don't give up, its only you you will be letting down!

You can do it! I did my first run with tears in my eyes wanting to turn back...I'm now revving up to my 5th run. Give it a go! Whats the worst that can happen? Good luck!

I'm relatively new, and I find it really tough, but we can do this and the community is fantastic for support and guidance. Good luck! :)
