Week 3 run 2 of B210K and I did 5 miles/8k for the first time ever! In the same time on thursday I ran 4.82 miles so I'm so happy I somehow managed to break the 5 miles barrier, with a pretty steady speed of about 10.5 minutes per mile! I am so in shock!

Well done, Meggyann. It's great to see the distances and pace on the longer runs gradually increase.

Hey meggyann, also doing B210K too though not every run as interspacing it with speed and stamina podcasts. Like you have done longest distance ever last week of 9km, took over an hour plus but who cares! It the distance I like. Managed 6.5 k on saturday too.
Won't be able to catch your speed but enjoying it just the same.
