I have been a bit of a bad girl this week & not managed to keep to plan. life sort of took over the beginning of the week so didnt get out for my first run of the week til wednesday, instead of what I had planned. mind you I did manage to run a mile in 9mins51seconds which is brilliant for me. usually 12mins.
this morning though I have made up for it by running 5 /12 miles. took 1hour 7mins so not fast but I ran for 20mins longer & a mile longer than my long run last week felt like a real runner out there in my baseball cap in the pouring rain. isnt it funny how you dont even notice the rain as it is so welcome for keeping you cool & arent puddles brilliant
so here it is then. my action plan for this week
monday ~ nowt
tuesday ~ run. either hill session or tempo type run ~ half hour max
wednesday ~ aqua class ~ havent done one of them for ages
thurs ~ pilates class ~ gotta build up those abs!
friday ~ tour of hopeful grammar school with 10year old perhaps followed by or after a 30min run
sat or sun ~ long run. either 5 1/2 or 6miles. probably sat as out sat night with the girls & may have too much to eat/drink
