Yay I have now completed c25k and I am buzzing like a bee(BLAB...M_Y) however a few memos to self...
1) Don't go out with a large blister on side of right big toe(left would not do either) as it becomes a strange colour and expands in size...oh and did I mention PAINFUL😱
2)don't do a new route (end of)
3) if you must do a new route make sure you know where you are going( nuff said)
4) On said new route ensure that the weather conditions have n't made a mile(yes a mile) stretch of it is a mud wrestler's dream.
5)And finally....it would be good to know how far it is...
Now this might all sound like common sense BUT dear forumites am I to blame for believing my husband??? I wanted week 9 run 3 to be memorable and so I asked the OH who is a runner and the rest is history as they say.
Finally I cannot say how much help and support I get from you all.But most of all you gave me belief in myself....so thank you...seems inadequate but it is heartfelt...sorry it's a long post...but I have post envy for Miles_Yonder lol!!!

Hello Pot58 - what a wonderful post! Well done! I can't wait to join you in that cloud of graduate euphoria I'm still 4 weeks from finishing but very excited about the journey.
Think you should be shouting this from the rooftops!!!!
Woohoo! Go you! Great post and I think you deserve two medals. One for graduation and another one for your mud run! Certainly a memorable run for you and I hope your dear hubby will pay you recompense for leading you down a muddy trail
Fantastic Pot, very very well done indeed. You're a worthy graduate. Enjoy glorying in your achievement ( once you've cleaned up your shoes of course) You could always work out your distance using mapometer if you want to know how far you ran.
CONGRATULATIONS! sounds like an eventful and memorable graduation run! Make sure hubby volunteers to clean those muddy shoes as a penalty for his inventive route!
Oh that's fabulous news Pot, well done! You've had your trials along the way, and your graduation run will certainly be memorable, but you've done it!!! Yay! Enjoy your running x
Not quite upto that yet. There is one but I have looked at the times and they would be sending out the search party for me I would be that far behind lol!
