So I started today's run like every other and set off in the same direction I go every run. When I got to the point where I turn round and head back home I just kept going and going and going. I really don't know what made me do it, meant I had a 40 minute walk back home after my run. I felt like I could have kept running back home but Ive got two very bad blisters on my feet and they hurt like a b***ch.
The music is getting kind of on my nerves too, really need to make up a play list to run too. Anyone got any suggestions?

Have to agree, the music is pretty bad from week 7 onwards. Take a look at the website jog.fm Lots of good music and tips on downloading playlists at the right beat for your pace etc.
Would love to be able to run for 40 minutes - longest I managed so far is 38, but I'm working on it!
That's what I do now - run all the way in one direction. Yes, it means a longer walk home, but it's not doing us any harm is it. I also thought about jogging a bit on my way back, but was feeling knackered, I think I'd only do that if it was raining or something!
