Tomorrow is looming

Tomorrow morning at 6:30 am I will be under taking the dreaded 20 minute run. I'm excited to see what I can do but also a bit anxious about it. On the plus side it's so dark in the mornings at the moment that I'd ordered a reflective bib to wear over my jumper. It's just arrived and it's fab- even got a flashing LED light on the back. I hope everyone's been having good runs this week. Keep going everyone!! S x

  • Best of luck Samia, it's not hard, you can do it!

  • Your going to do this, I can sense your positivity towards the run in this blog.

  • Great, Samia! I shared your concerns re 20 mins continuous run but trust in Laura, she'll get you through! Best wishes!

  • Good luck Samla - I'll be joining you tomorrow with the 20 min run. Fingers crossed the legs will hold out!

  • Good luck Samla but you won't need it. I will agree and endorse what everyone is saying, you can do it.

  • Hope it goes well. Did mine this afternoon.

  • I also wore my brand new reflective bib (minus flashing lights!) for the first time this morning, and felt much safer for it. Good luck tomorrow x

  • All the best, take it slow and you will be fine

  • I did it!! Thank you so much for your encouragement, I thought of you all around the 15 minute mark. Feel that 30 mins is very achievable now. Happy weekending everyone. S x x

  • Samla, I hope you had an official switch on of your bib, with the town mayor or a celebrity doing the switch on!!!

  • He he, have only just seen this. Made me chuckle. Naturally the mayor was invited but in the end I had to settle for my Labrador chasing me round the kitchen... x
