Never thought I'd get this far - started in June and have had to stop a few times. I find it hard to run during the week. My ideal would be to run both days at the weekend but have avoided it so far to ensure I get the rest day. Must look at blogs about resting! Need to get my head around those extra 3 minutes in week 8 now.

Well done, you are doing brilliantly. I know it can be hard to fit in mid week runs but if you can fit them in you will benefit, and however many other calls on your time you have, remember you deserve this "me" time.

Keep going slowrunner. remember this is about you-not a race, a marathon, not a sprint, so don't worry about how long it has taken you. You can do it. I start week 8 tomorrow morning-join me?
