Very pleased to say that I have just completed week 3 but I really struggled through the last 3 minute run. So although I was very pleased I also feel worried about doing a 5 min run in week 4.... Not sure if I just had a "Sunday" feeling today or I walked too far with the dog this afternoon.
I will take my rest day tomorrow and be out on Tues eve to start week 4... but perhaps I may have to repeat week 3 until I move forward... watch this space

I remember being worried, but as Henpen says, if you've done W3 then you are ready for W4. And I bet you'll surprise yourself.
The first 5 minuter might be a struggle and I confess that I only just about managed 3 of those 5 minutes but I managed the 2nd and, from that moment on everything became do-able - albeit massively challenging too!
Good luck with the rest - take it steady and you'll do great.
Thanks for all your support I'm going to give it a go and hopefully I will surprise myself. I'm going to try and run slower, but with the length of my legs I could walk quicker!
Yes, give it a go, the programme is designed so that you can make those leaps. Slow and steady, I too can walk faster than I run, but speed will come eventually.
Well done on completeing week 2 Andy try Week4 R1 see how it goes doing mine Tomorrow am
