On a course in Brum today and just happened to pass the Skechers store in the Bull Ring so had to buy a pair of Go Run Rides. Only problem is my knee is still twinging after a fight with a stroppy shopping trolley on Saturday morning so I can't test them out yet :(

I just googled - they look really nice! I have Asics right now which I love, but I am wondering which shoes to get next.

I have been trying to use a more efficient running style, landing mid foot, which has greatly reduced any shin/ankle/foot pain I had. I now finish any runs feeling tired but ok.

How frustrated you must be not being able to run with yours yet... I would probably be wearing them around the house! lol.

Up until now I have been running in Asics too. When I tried the Go runs on in the shop they literally felt like slippers and are incredibly light in comparison to my Asics.

I'm trying to midstrike and run with a faster cadence and hopefully the go runs will help. And yes, I have been wearing them round the house!
