Completed my second run today, was not too bad but my normal route is getting more hilly the further I run which is a real challenge.

Anyone else doing this programme? I'm sure it will work but I do miss Laura!

I am! but I am repeating it as did it a while ago & life sort of took over & now need to get back up to that hour mark!

the first time I did this I found the first week so tough & just could not finish that last 10min session so if you have managed this then well done you!

Im doing one run of b210k a week so will be around the same stage as you go through this.

it does work! so dont worry, just take the runs slow.

how long ago did you finish c25k? have you been running for half an hour regularly before starting this?

I started it a week ago and I'm loving it, but will need a couple of rest days for the knees due to the increase in Ks

I have just finished week 1 of B210K which I started after many weeks of running for 30 mins. I am only doing this plan once a week and a speed run once a week.I then do a body pump and spin class once a week too. I ran 6km in 43mins on week 1 of B210K and still can't manage any quicker than 5k in 34 mins despite speed and interval podcasts :( I am hoping the distance runs may help me reduce my 5k time.

Finished about three weeks ago and yes been regularly doing 5k runs since, think it should be a little better have found the Samantha murphy podcasts which I'm trying out :)

Me too re reducing 5k times, still at around 34 minute mark would love to be able to do it in 30 one day!
