Got there ...finally

Finished W9-3 - finally.... Last 3 runs have taken me 3 weeks due to a mass of other things going on in my life. Just did it with a slight difference and that is it should have been a triathlon but because the workmen left the road in one hell of a mess at Dorney we could only do the swim (400m) and the run (5.15K in 29:54) so to finish it off properly I went home and did another 20K mountain biking Next is a half marathon in March ... time to start training..
