It’s 5 years since last time but Yey! I did it, through 3 false starts and illness and injury I just went right back to the beginning. Last night I finally got there. Thanks to the excellent app, Laura of course, and this group for being virtual running companions too :-). Next stop 5k (I’m a slow runner and no where near 5 k yet)

Do you need to use the app to prove you graduated? I'm only doing the podcast with Laura so have no record of what I've done. I don't want to miss out on my sticker at the end. LOL.
When I graduated last time I didn’t have the app, I just used the podcast too. So I don’t think the need it. Just ask for the badge when you are ready!
