On Saturday I ran for 10K non-stop. On my walk back home I just couldn't stop smiling. I started c25K at the end of April and finished it at the beginning of July. Since then I have been trying to do one speed podcast, one 5k and a longer run each week. I slowly built up from 6k to 10k. I am nearly 52 and really worried about getting an injury so I won't be going any further and will concentrate on 5K from now on, but at least I did it once without too much trouble. Just wanted to share.
