Yesterday I ran 10K in 58mins. I graduated from couch to 5K just under two months ago. I have never even thought I would be able to run a 10k. Ever. Keep going guys, even after you graduate πͺπΎ

Thank you! I certainly didn't know!!π
Wow that's amazing. We must have graduated about the same time but I am still on 5k runs. That's a really fast progression.
So encouraging as I am approaching W9. Well done.

That's remarkable and very inspirational.
Even though I'm only on week 6 I am already working on plans for post graduation, looking at ways to increase both pace and distance (the Bridge to 10k is very helpful) I have the aim of doing at least 1 5k this year and I would love to reach 10k as my fitness/stamina increases.
