Hi everyone, running is funny- I did a 5K on Tuesday at lunchtime and struggled a lot, had to stop twice! Got it done though- in just over 28 mins but that didn't include my stops. The this morning I ran with my mum for 10.5K in 1 hour 2 mins- doing 10K in just over 58 minutes! Considering it was freezing, pouring with rain and almost first thing in the morning I was very pleased!! Such a big difference running with someone else- I think I would have given up or possibly not even gone out if it hadn't been for my mums encouragement. So thank you mum for helping me to my first sub 1 hour 10K on my third attempt at the distance!!!!
