I was so nervous about not completing the 20 minute run through tiredness/dehydration, that I drank a ton of water before leaving the house. Needless to say, 10 minutes into the run I had to do a 'Paula Radcliffe' and slip behind a tree for a comfort break! I peed as fast as I possibly could and think I only stopped 15 seconds! I continued the second half of the run in a lot more comfort and threw in another 2 minutes for good measure.
Disappointed with the pit-stop but I shall continue onto week 6 - and I'm excited!!!!

So you'll get your angst-free buzz from completing w6r3 rather than w5r3 ...your p-break just put back that "first loooong run done elation" by a week ... but you know you could have done it. Next run should be w6r1
Thanks, everyone - looking forward to W6! That's just typical me, like cramming for exams. Don't drink a thing all day then drink 2 pints before a run! I guess I'll learn to pace it... luckily the farmer in the field around the corner was too busy tending to his goats to notice!
