My bad! Didn't want to run in the rain tonight but deffo wanted to run so decided to go on the treadmill! I did the 28 minutes and achieved a little over 5k! Does it still count if you achieve the 5k on a treadmill??!! Next run I'm gonna deffo go outside and face the rain - fear no pain!!

Dead chuffed with 5.1k and 29 minutes though!!

Today - I did 3k around Dartington - no rain at all (hooray) - and it felt so different and, in my opinion, so much better!
