Have completed W9R3

Amazing . Could not have managed it without encouragement of all posts and the excellent C25K team who gave helpful advice and inspiration. Thank you . It’s a great achievement for me to run ( jog) for 30 mins , but when checked distance only managed 5 K when warming up walk for 5 minutes included, just short of 5 K if only running. Does this count as reaching to C25K target?

Also any tips on how to keep going with running adventure?

Absolutely!!!!! I graduated in June and still can only do just over 4K in 30 mins! It’s the 30 mins that counts!!

Well done for graduating!! Amazing! 🥇🏆🏃‍♀️🏃

Thanks it’s great so many others have achieved this goal and continue to run ( or jog in my case!) benefiting their health and wellbeing.

Can’t praise C25K enough

Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

Keep running, keep smiling.

You graduate when you’ve completed 3x 30 minute runs, I doubt there are many that manage a 5K in this time after only 9 weeks! Congratulations, you should feel so proud of yourself 🥳

Yes definitely counts - as others will tell you it’s the 30 mins continuous jogging / running that is important- distance comes with consolidation which is where I am at the moment. It’s a great feeling- well done on your achievement- happy running 🏃🏼‍♀️😊👍🤩

Congratulations, that definitely counts and only just missing out on 5k in 30 minutes is a pretty stellar time!

Thanks.

Key now is to try and continue running . Fear this may be difficult without the coach.

Running has been a revelation to me in these extraordinary times. Hope you are enjoying the C25K journey.

Stay safe and well
