Well it took me 7 attempts but at last I've managed the 25 minute run! Hurrah! Had to go it alone in the end - sorry Laura, which meant I never got to hear Laura tell me I'm a runner. So glad I can move on to week 7 at last, I was beginning to think I'd never make it.
