Well I have only gone and run for 25 minutes and even sped up for the last minute as Laura suggested. I took my headphone out after I started to listen to the birds ( not technical enough to get my music to play) and when i put a headphone in found i was halfway round! I really can’t believe I did this. I think if I can get this far anyone can.

Yes, just six more runs to go! Can't believe it really... Week 7 took me ages as I experienced some pain and took three rest days between runs. However, I got there eventually and now very much look forward to starting week 8.
Amazing idea with the scone. Throw in some clotted cream and raspberry jam and I'll join. I would offer to volunteer to run ahead with the scone, however, I think you are running faster than me so I'm afraid this wouldn't work. And even if it did; there would be no guarantee that I wouldn't eat it myself.😂 You seem to be motivated enough even without food on a fishing line, though, so enjoy your success and some rest now, with or without scones! 😃
