Woop last run week 6

I did the 25 mins run. Felt great at the last 60secs. So when Laura said if feel like you can increase your speed go for it. I was like yes I can do this. As I got going to increase my speed. 2 cyclists stopped me for direcctions. I felt so disapointed. So i ran an extra 30secs on end. But on a plus I had an amazing veiw.

well done on doing the run alarkin :D

happened to me a while back by a driver , almost didn't bother to stop but then like you to polite not to :D does knock your rhythm for a while , well done on getting going again

Well done! Argh at the cyclists, so annoying! I had to add a bit on the end of one of my runs because I had to stop and tie my shoelace! It all still counts :-)
