From really struggling to even run for 60 seconds to completing the program has been really worthwhile _ I can really recommend this program.
There were times when it all looked too difficult but now just completed the plan a week ago and ran for 6.4KM yesterday - looking to now build on this achievement.
However id did take me 12 weeks to complete as I repeated some of the weeks twice, the end result has been the ability to deal with stress effectively, better nights sleep and a good feeling. That coupled with a healthy eating routine I have lost 1 st 5 lbs
