Well done for starting, that's the first hurdle. I've just completed week 2 this morning myself.
Keep it up, it will definitely be worth it
Well done buddy, I was the same, firstly well done on giving up smoking and also getting yourself out there, both huge steps and life changes. It will be hard but trust the program, it is amazing how well and quickly your body adapts to the running, oh and will clear your lungs, trust me.

Well done on both starting this programme and giving up the ciggies. I'm in the same boat, I gave up smoking about 10 months ago and started running about 4 weeks ago. It gets better, well, it changes is probably more accurate but only for the better.
Well done! The hardest bit is the first run. I can't beleive I have just finished week6. You'll be running for 20 mins before you know it. It seems impossible right now but I am doing it after being a lazy student and a year sitting on my arse behind a desk scoffing all day.
