Still finding it a little hard to take it all in but I finished Week 9 run 3 this morning, complete with little victory dance at the end of it all, fortunately by that point I was the only one left at the track!
I looked back at one of my first blogs where I was worrying because I couldn't complete the last 60 second run in Week 2 and now I'm running for 30 minutes!
So, a VERY BIG THANK YOU to all of my fellow C25K friends on this forum – your encouragement and advice through your own blogs played a major part in my ability to keep going. Some days when I just didn't feel like it, I would read a few blogs, and find myself putting on the running shoes and heading out the door.
Have signed up for a 5K in October – I'll let you know how it goes. In the meantime, between now and then, I'll be working on my distance and speed – haven't quite made 5K in 30 minutes yet!
Now all I need is that little green badge!
Best regards to all.

That's great! Well done - for those of us that are still half-way through whenever I read of someone graduating, it makes you realise that it is more possible and, as you say, it keeps you motivated to get up, put on the shoes and do the next run.
Great job, I look forward to being where you are. Good luck in the 5k!
Well done! I can't wait to be in the same place (W7R2 scheduled for today, although I might give myself another couple of days rest because I went orienteering earlier in the week and my joints still hurt).
Well done - great to hear that someone who has the same worries early in the programme (on Wk2 & worried about the step up in duration) that I and lots of others have has "graduated" is very encouraging - good luck in the 5k. You're a proper runner now!!
Congratulations, Well done, it's a great feeling to know you're battled through and got there! Good luck with the 5k. I graduated on Sunday with 4.1k done so am also pursuing the big 5k. All in good time... Meanwhile, three cheers for Daystogo!
Dear everyone – thanks for all your kind words – means an awful lot. Woke up this morning and my first thought was still "I did it!" It feels exciting to have some freedom to work out my some of my own runs now though I will miss Laura's encouragement. I'll be staying in touch with the blogs to read how everyone is doing and to glean any advice from those who have graduated before me and how and what they are doing now. Happy runs to all today!
