I'm currently on week 7, I've been reading the post on here since I started and have found it really useful but haven't had anything to share. I would like to thank those that do post answers for helping those of us who don't usually post as well as those asking the questions
Anyway, I thought some of you may find this amusing. This morning when I was getting ready to run I picked up my mp3 player and said out loud (luckily in an empty house) 'come on then Laura lets do this' , I fear by week 9 I may be holding full conversations with her as 'we' run. I may be going round the bend but I'm taking Laura with me!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who now thinks Laura is my best friend! Hey feel free to post even if you think you have nothing to share. Just put W7R1 DONE or something. It will be nice to hear from you!
H littlejow welcome on board, its a great programme, I graduated at the weekend .Good luck with rest of your runs, I followed Laura right to the end. Pat
I speak to Laura all the time and I can completely relate to your comment.
I often wonder if the actual real life Laura reads the blogs with everyone swearing at her, giving her abuse and talking to her like a best friend! I imagine it amuses her greatly!
I'm exactly the same, been reading the blogs from the start but haven't written my own yet. Doing Wk8R1 tonight and have really enjoyed the programme so far, to find myself actually liking running is a miracle for me!
Last week I gave Laura a break and listened to my own music for runs wk7r2 and wk7r3 but I'm going back to her tonight so I can hear her words of encouragement for Wk8. When I told my partner I needed to hear Laura's voice again he raised an eyebrow. Hehe
I'm not sure I'd say I'm enjoying it yet but I am definitely a lot fitter and I now believe that I can complete the program, I'm hoping the enjoyment bit will come soon
