Hi, looking back at my blogs I got problems with my calves and shins aching and I was in wk6. Rested for about 2 weeks, tried to go from Wk4, found it too much and just went back to the beginning, am fine now and in Wk5 R3 next ;p Hope this helps, good luck
I found a similar thing to running wild. Got as far as end of week 6 and took a break for some breathing problems. It was a long break of over 2 months and then I attempted run 1 of week 5 and found it really tough. I just repeated that run a couple of time though and just did w5r2 with no problems.
I think definitely go back a bit and be prepared to go back further if you find it tough
At the end of week three I had three weeks off with my knees and went back two weeks, so re-did week two and three. Why not try from the start of week3 and see how you get on?
