I think after injury if you go out for a gentle run and see how you get on, take it real slow and do a couple of shorter runs you should be ok but you will need to really listen to your body and not overdo it in the beginning

You should be fine after just two weeks assuming your injury is healed
Head out for a jogette and see what your body is telling you... slow and steady and take it from there... heal well!
Sorry to hear about the injury, and not even from running. The jarring of running would be so painful on knock and shoulders. Take care on those recovery runs.
Thanks. I’m waiting until the pain goes. I miss running! It was my first Pilates class! Broke my shoulder 18months ago so maybe a weakness there.
