Well tonight was the big night for Wk2 run1 and yes Ive done it but omg I feel like Im dying
Before the big day I have tried to prepare myself by listening to Laura and the podcast whilst travelling to work on the bus. I think the main thing tonight is that I had tea with the kids at 1645 and that has not agreed with me and running. Should have known better as I can never eat before any exercise or else I throw up and on the last run I really felt ill. i did the run at 2015 so thought the tea would have settled but no. Also I nearly collided with another runner because he went to run my side but hey ho these things are sent to try us.Despite all this I persevered to the end and Im proud I completed it. Just had a lovely long soak and now Im going to chill
p.s think this running is getting to me because Im now looking at running jackets, reflectors and trainers

Well done for carrying on! Go get a gait analysis before buying Trainers, it makes such a difference having the right footwear, cuts down on injuries too!
