So ... I did it . W9R3 completed at 6.20am ..... It's been tough over the last couple of weeks . Did week 8 twice as I really struggle , but found that going up hill on the second half of the run was beating me everytime. So I change my route to a more level path and there was no looking back ..... Did 5k of running in 35 mins . Happy with that . Now the aim is to slowly improve my time .....and to get myself down to the local park run .
