Well folks. I did it!
Was great and by far my favourite. First ever run in shorts too and certainly won't be my last.
The tracksuit bottoms are too loose now!
Couch 2 5k has really done me no end of good, physically and mentally.
I walked everyday for fitness, but this has been a gamechanger.
I will continue to walk on my rest days but running has given me a new challenge.
Now did someone say 5K Santa Run on Saturday morning? Bring it on.
Thanks to everyone for their advice and motivation over the last 9 weeks.
Week 5 was a hurdle but you all helped me through it.
If anyone is thinking about doing this, just do it, you have nothing to lose (except a few pounds around the middle.
Thanks again all.

Thanks again guys. I was at the centre tonight distributing race packs and a few of my old schoolmates did not believe that I was participating!!
Haven't opened the pack yet, but there is definitely a t-shirt in there, can't wait to Saturday to see what else there is.
Go C25K!
