My Sister and I will today (hopefully) be graduating. I managd 5.5k on W9R1 and 5.39k on W9R2 so I'm feeling confident I can do it. I was really struggling in week 8.
My Sister hasn't quite hit the 5k yet (4.7k pb) so I'll be doing everything to help her get that distance in 30mins. We know it's not essential to get 5k in 30mins but that's the goals we've set for ourselves.
Neither of us could run for the bus when we started and we;laughed in week 2 when Laura told us we'd be running for 30mins straight so it really does prove it is possible.

Very impressed! There's no way I could run 5 K even though I'm on week 7. You are amazing. Good luck for the last run, if you haven't already done it. Congratulations are in order anyway as you've achieved the impossible!
Thank you, we will be leaving shortly, am hoping I make the 5K tonight as he said my brother has already smashed that (he has longer legs, thats my excuse!) but he is going to try and get me there too!! Will let you all know how we get on, looking forward to getting my badge!!
That's what big brothers are for peggy-jean. Although I have 3 big brothers all wear trainers, all still sitting on the couch!! Good luck to both of you, who will by now have done your run, so tell us, how did you get on?
