I'm not sure whether to laugh, cry or jump with joy ( I don't think my legs will take the latter!) I have come a long way since week 1 and managed to do my first 5k in 33.33 but it was sheer hell. I have to say, I am not really enjoying these longer runs and think, mentally, the hills are putting me off! I will have to look for another route that I will enjoy more though. I am now going to get a well earned cup of tea, put my feet up and decide what to do next. Gosh, I feel so proud of myself
