Woohoo! I did it! Yipee! So many emotions!

I'm not sure whether to laugh, cry or jump with joy ( I don't think my legs will take the latter!) I have come a long way since week 1 and managed to do my first 5k in 33.33 but it was sheer hell. I have to say, I am not really enjoying these longer runs and think, mentally, the hills are putting me off! I will have to look for another route that I will enjoy more though. I am now going to get a well earned cup of tea, put my feet up and decide what to do next. Gosh, I feel so proud of myself :)

Thank you. The hard work has finally paid off and I am feeling very proud of myself 1) to have even completed c25k and 2) not to have given up and walked at the hills (probably looked a right idiot panting loudly and looking at the ground so I couldn't see the hill) lol and yes I think I will have a stupid grin on myself all day. The icing on the cake will be when I get my badge (still smiling to myself)

Thank you! Wow... Inspiration! That's a first (biggest grin ever) Without all the support from this community when the the going got tough, I'm not sure I would have made it. So it's a huuuuge thank you to them as well. If I can do it then anyone one can as I'm a big baby when it comes to suffering and yes i did enjoy it, it was the most well deserved cup of tea ever! Not sure it's going to help the aching muscles though.
