Well, it's taken me longer than nine weeks. Quite a lot longer than nine weeks. Working in an infant class guarantees that I get every bug, cold and flu going, and this year has been no exception, making gaps of days and weeks between runs. I never failed to finish a run, and I did them all in the right order, just over a lot longer! A key part of my motivation to continue was reading the updates on other people's experiences. So a big Thank You to everyone who has posted a blog, it has been so encouraging to read them all. I wouldn't count myself as a confident runner yet, but the NHS podcasts have shown me that anything is possible, so I'll keep on going!
