Despite a head cold, feeling under the weather I did my final run today, went better than I expected! Being able to run for 30 minutes on my 57th Birthday felt great.
Plan to keep running 3x a week, aiming to get 5k in 30 mins (not quite there yet!)

Happy birthday Res and many congratulations on your graduation. A double celebration is called for- how about real birthday cake and virtual graduation cake, then we can all have some. 
Enjoy your day. Hope you get lots of presents, although I can't imagine any of them will make you feel as happy as completing your graduation run.
