Well i did it, can't quite believe it, wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to complete this week due to having to travel to the Isle of Man for work, 10kg's of luggage only allowed, still found a place for the trainers and running gear. Did a lovely run on the sea front in beatuiful weather, what an inspiration it was to run with the sun on the sea and a slight breeze, actulay did 35min, and felt I could have gone further, but had to get back to the B&B for tea, stopped serving at 8.00 What all that about!!!!
so will now apply for my badge, and now concentrate on the speed and distance.

Congratulations on graduating, jealous of the lovely surroundings you did it in too, I had to clomp around my regular lanes, did the Chariots of Fire music pop into your head at all?
Congratulations hever, good time too for your first 5K well done. Sounded really idyllic too Can't quite remember what the sun looks like right now, haven't seen it since May!!! Oh I tell a lie it appeared briefly last Friday but everyone rushed out of their homes to gawp at it and chased it away
congratulations and great to hear you plan to continue- mind you , if I was running on the seafront in the sun I might never stop! Love the way you took your running gear even with such a weight limit- the mark of a dedicated runner
