Finally went out about 8.30pm on Monday after feeling apprehensive all day for some reason. Had a tight hamstring for first 10 mins (ironic as only finally started post run stretching after Saturdays run). I went on new route as did not want to know where I was distance wise so could just run for the 30 mins. Checked distance when got back and managed 4.5k with a "sprint" finish! Looking forward to doing some different kinds of runs as was getting bored of same pace long runs. Good luck to everyone still on the journey, you WILL complete the plan if you just follow it. If I can do it, anyone can!
I've only gone and done it! Wk9 run 3 complete... - Couch to 5K

Congratulations! It does feel good, doesn't it!! I did the 30mins again a few times (prob cos I couldn't still really believe I could do it) and now I am using the C25K+ podcasts, they are well worth a go to add interest/variety.... I did the speed one last night...felt like I was dying, but, the feeling at the end is great... Good luck
Well done to you can't imagine getting there. I did wk 5 run 2 yesterday but the next one looks hard 20 min run no walking omg but a good idea to change the route I think I'll try that .
