W3R1 done but...

Well I successfully completed W3R1, and did not have an issue breathing. I did however have some pain in my upper thighs and lower back. It was hard to walk. Legs shaking etc... I had some tenderness starting a couple of weeks back but thought I should just push through. Now I am thinking I am going to rest a few extra days until this aching stiffness goes away. I might be too rigid running due to the tenderness which has caused more issues.

I am disappointed at this set back. :(
